At Border Estate+, we offer three different packages:
Package 1: Home Finder
Our Rental Package offers full service, from the availability of your living space to the key handover. We begin with a personal introductory meeting and advise you on the rental price. Subsequently, we prepare the living space for publication, arrange viewings, and take care of the rental agreement and key handover. Since every living space is unique, we are happy to visit you without obligation. We are flexible and ready for a great collaboration!
Package 2: Smart Administrative
At Border Estate+, in addition to rental mediation, we also offer comprehensive management in two packages: "Smart Administrative" and "Complete Comfort". With the "Smart Administrative" package, we take over the financial and administrative management for you. If you choose "Complete Comfort", we also include the technical aspect.From the start of the lease agreement, we collect the rent and ensure timely transfer to you. We monitor rent payments closely and professionally handle any arrears, including collection procedures if necessary. Upon request, we also handle annual rent increases. In short, with our management package, you can enjoy your rented property or building without worries.
Package 3: Complete Comfort
In our "Complete Comfort" package, we add technical management to our services. We handle communication with the tenant and coordinate all necessary tasks, including maintenance and inspections. From inspections to resolving technical issues, we take care of everything for you.
