Spacious and luxuriously furnished one-bedroom apartment on the Scharnerweg in Maastricht. The accommodation is located at the back of the building on the first and second floor.

Upon entering you will find the entrance hall and have access to several rooms. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven and induction hob. The living room is located in the room next door.

Through the staircase in the living room you reach the second floor, which provides access to the bedroom and bathroom. The luxurious bathroom has a separate shower, sink (cabinet) with mirror, luxury faucet and a toilet.

The washer and dryer are located in the basement. These machines are shared.

Furthermore, the house is easily accessible. In the immediate vicinity are several stores and restaurants located. Within eight minutes walk is the NS station Maastricht Central with also several bus stops to reach. By car, the A2 motorway can be reached within three minutes
