Completing and submitting the form posted on the website commits you to the following:
- to enter into a rental agreement in accordance with the ROZ model rental agreement living space 2017 with the accompanying general provisions;
- paying the deposit, rent and service charges as mentioned in the offer;
- payment of an advance on the deposit of € 225 is required within 30 - 60 min after you receive confirmation that the leased property has been assigned to you. Upon receipt of payment, the rental agreement will be sent to you for signature. If you fail to sign the rental agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit;
Completing and sending the form below does not entitle you to the allocation of the rented property. The landlord decides on the allocation of the leased property and the conclusion of the lease therefore depends on the landlord's allocation.
