In a recently renovated property, we are looking for a quiet, tidy, and responsible tenant. Suitable for a (master’s) student or young professional with studies or employment in Maastricht. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed. Maximum 1 person per room. A guarantor is required for students.

At Ambyerstraat Zuid in Maastricht, we offer four fully renovated rooms in a stylish and spacious property. This characteristic house is ideally located on a quiet street with excellent connections to the city center, universities, and shops. The shared areas—such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and hallway—are modern and comfortable.

Room 2 is located on the first floor, directly next to the main bathroom. It is a quiet, bright room with a practical rectangular layout that allows for versatile furnishing. The room features large windows with modern black blinds, providing great natural light during the day and privacy in the evening. The clean laminate flooring and crisp white walls give the room a fresh, move-in-ready feel, while the built-in ceiling spotlights add a contemporary touch. There's plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe, and desk, making it ideal for both students and working professionals.

A major advantage of this room is its direct location next to the most luxurious bathroom in the house. This bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, double sink, and toilet. A second bathroom is available on the ground floor, along with a separate toilet, ideal for shared use without compromising comfort.

The shared kitchen on the ground floor is a true highlight: generously laid out with a central cooking island, an induction cooktop, a modern built-in oven, a refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. Thanks to the skylight above the island, the kitchen is a bright and welcoming space where housemates can connect and enjoy time together.

The hallway is neatly finished and connects all rooms. The staircase to the first floor is wide and comfortable, contributing to the practical and accessible layout of the home.

Room 2 is perfect for someone seeking a peaceful and modern living space with a luxurious bathroom just next door. Interested in this room—or curious about the others? Feel free to contact us for a viewing or more information.
