Our short-stay accommodations in Maastricht are available for temporary residency and are specifically intended for the following groups:

• Expats and business travelers with a temporary work assignment.
• Students enrolled in short-term study programs.
• PhD candidates and academics involved in temporary research projects.
• Temporary residents with specific housing needs (e.g., during renovations or following a separation).
• Status holders and urgent housing seekers, such as single parents or young adult orphans (as per new legislation in 2024).

Please note: Rentals are subject to current laws and regulations. The maximum rental period for this apartment is six months.
