As a new colleague you will, among other things, occupy yourself with the rental of residential spaces and you will be responsible for the management and optimization of various commercial properties. What will you do?
You will be involved in assessing rental requests, arranging viewings, screening tenants and drafting leases are some examples of your daily work. As a rental broker you are the link between tenant and landlord.
The position of rental agent is a dynamic position. One day you are in the office making appointments. The other day you are taking care of viewings. No day will be the same!
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a rental agent with a commercial attitude. You must be able to switch between tasks, maintain personal and telephone contact and have a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language. You preferably live in the immediate vicinity of Maastricht, know how to get to work, are not afraid of targets and are able to stand on your own two feet during busy times. Working with a CRM system is not unfamiliar to you. Keeping an overview of the status of the various matters you are working on is also a breeze for you.
Who you are you?
- You are available for approximately 40 hours per week
- You have an HBO working and thinking level
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
- You are collegial and commercially minded
- You are in possession of driving license B
